What Staffordshire Quantums collects through this website, why, and who else sees it.
Staffordshire Quantums is a rugby league club run out of Rugeley, a sister club of Rugeley Rugby Club. This website is run on Rugeley Rugby Club's systems. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email Admin@rugeleyrugbyclub.co.uk.
Card payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — this website never sees or stores your full card number. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and the name and email on the payment.
We use a small number of services to run the site, and they process information on the club's behalf:
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We keep Rugby Card records for as long as we need them for running the draw and the club's accounts, and delete or anonymise them when that need has passed. Payment and Rugby Card history is kept as an accounting record.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email Admin@rugeleyrugbyclub.co.uk and we will respond. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
